By accessing or using ThinkShaala ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.


1Acceptance of Terms

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between ThinkShaala (the "Service Provider") and the using entity (the "Institution"). These terms govern your access to and use of all ThinkShaala services.

2Service Description

ThinkShaala provides an Integrated Educational Management System (IEMS) designed to streamline operations including admissions, academics, and institutional administration.

3Responsibilities

Institutions are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for the accuracy and legality of all data uploaded to the platform.

4Intellectual Property

Your Data: The Institution retains all rights and ownership of the data it uploads to the Platform.

Platform IP: The ThinkShaala name, logo, software code, and designs are the exclusive property of ThinkShaala and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

5Fair Use & Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or uploading malicious code.

Transparency

Clear guidelines on rights and limitations.

IP Protection

Respecting ownership of academy technology.

6Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." ThinkShaala shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, to the extent allowed by law. We commit to a target availability of 99.9%.

7Changes to Terms

We may periodically update these terms. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
